Kasee Likes It

I'm still trying to figure out Kasee of Thunders Arena.  To borrow a phrase from my grandfather, Kasee is a real piece of work.  He was all kinds of goofy and playfulness in his matches against Scrappy.  I thought maybe it was just a thing Kasee had for Scrappy, but here we see him at it again in his Vegas Battles 59 match against Jake.  The blond bodybuilder Jake has got a good twenty pounds of extra muscle to lord over Kasee, and Kasee doesn't seem to mind letting Jake do so.  As the match begins, muscleboy Jake already has Kasee ready for an overhead press.  We're not sure how we got to this point, but Jake seems to be punishing Kasee for something he's already done.  Kasee keeps saying he's sorry for whatever it was, but Jake is not moved by the apologies.  He just wants to dish out punish and make Kasee pay for whatever it was he did.  And for most of the match, Kasee really doesn't seem to mind being Jake's whipping boy.  At one point, Jake taunts Kasee and says, "I think you like it."  That's when it hit me.  Kasee likes it.  When Jake holds him over his heaad, Kasee likes it.  When Jake gets him in a fireman's carry, Kasee likes it.  When Jake crushes his head between his massive thighs, Kasee likes it.  So, that's really all we need to know about Kasee when he's being punished on the wrestling mat.  He just likes it.

You know, I think Jake likes it, too.

Steel

Steel!  I completely forgot to do this post  a while back.  Steel is typical for the wrestlers we see at Thunders Arena, coming in at 5' 9" and 200 pounds.  Clearly a bodybuilder.  I don't know where Mr. Mike finds these guys.  Here Steel is wrestling Jake, who is another notable find for TA.  Jake is no pushover himself at 5' 8" and 180 pounds.  The set up for the match is an argument over who ate whose chicken.  In the world of Thunders Arena, that's all that needed to convince a couple of alpha male that it's time to head to the mats and prove who the real man is.  When the actions starts, you get the sense that if this were an amateur wrestling match, Jake would dominate.  But this isn't amateur wrestling.  It's Thunders Arena.  And muscle is the name of the game.  And the bigger Steel uses the match to show off his muscles with power moves like head scissors (I'm convinced those thighs cracked Jake's skull), rib crushing bearhugs, and of course the most alpha wrestling move of all, the gorilla press.

I noticed this match is currently on sale at TA, so it's worth checking out.  I'm looking forward to seeing more of these two guys in action.

Jake and Scrappy

Hello wrestling fans!  I've been fortunate to see a sneak preview of an upcoming match at Thunders Arena (thanks to Mr. Mike at TA!) that features Jake and Scrappy.  These are two wrestlers I haven't really spent much time with yet, but I hope to have more of them in my blog in 2017.  Keep your eyes out for Battlespace 91 which will be appearing soon at TA.  If you love to see corn fed white boys wrestling, then this is the match for you.  It's mostly mat wrestling, but it's got a few good lift and carry moves I like to see, including a belly to back bearhug and some firemens carries.

But what I like the most about this match is that it captures the fun of wrestling.  It brings back memories of my days as a wrestler, especially in high school, when you get with your buddy on the team and just roll around, all smiles and laughter.  I have to admit that those were some of the best times of my life.
