Wrestling Gear
I have said before that one reason why wrestling is so great is because special gear isn't really required. You can pretty much wrestle in anything, from singlets to gym shorts to underwear, and even Under Armour shorts (you really got to try that if you haven't done so already). For my own tastes I'm not really into costumes or role play when it comes to wrestling, but I have to admit that I like these pics from a recent match Muscle Domination Wrestling produced. It features hulking bodybuilder Specimen beating up Damien Rush with both wrestlers dressed as gladiators. I guess it's hard not to be moved by anything that ends with an otk backbreaker and a cocky biceps flex.

Meet the Press (part 2)
More of the best of wrestling . . . the overhead press! That last pic is great with the look of fear. Dude, wrestling is not for the faint of heart! You better go find another profession. But Kyle Stevens shows he's doing just what he's meant to be doing.

A New Boy Toy
One of my favorite wrestling themes at Thunders Arena is when a small dude faces musclebound competition on the mat. Of course, this never goes well for the little dude, who usually serves as nothing more than a chew toy for his muscled up opponents. Surprisingly, TA doesn't seem to have a hard time finding wrestlers willing to be fodder for these kinds of matches. We've seen the likes of Angel, Tak, and Mogley get tossed about by much larger wrestlers, and now TA has given its hungry bodybuilders another piece of meat in the form of a little guy named Shane. He appeared in two recent matches going up against the much larger Viggo and Specimen. You really don't need to see these pictures to know what happens to Shane in these matches, but it's still nice of TA to show them to us.

More Specimen
For those of you who like the gorilla press (and who doesn't?), the wrestling action at Thunders Arena is usually a sure bet to please. We've seen Specimen hoisting his opponents overhead before, and he's at it again in a recent match against Atom. Specimen is looking particularly pleased with himself in the second photo, and who can blame him. He's a bodybuilder who really knows how to put his muscles to good use.

Always Believe
The big beast Specimen wrestles Angel at Thunders Arena with predictable results. I feature Angel here separately from the other dudes at TA who Specimen has tossed around. The other guys like Mogly, Z-Man, and Tak all know going into their matches with Specimen what's going to happen to them. But you can bet that Angel had different ideas. He's small but he's a scrapper and doesn't back down from a challenge. Everyone else can see that Specimen is a hundred pounds bigger, but in Angel's eyes they are the same. He has every intention of winning the match. On every wrestling team there's a lightweight who thinks he's really in a much bigger weight class. He always wants to wrestle the bigger guys and usually gets his butt kicked in the process, but he keeps coming back. At Thunders Arena, that wrestler is Angel. Sure, he gets manhandled here by Specimen, but in his mind, Angel knows that next time will be different.

Specimen
The new beast at Thunders Arena these days is Specimen. He's a bodybuilder at 5'10" and 250 pounds, so of course he gets to work his way through the smaller dudes who the powers that be at TA like to toss into the same room with him. In my last post we saw Specimen hoisting Mogly overhead, and now we get to see him do the same with Z-Man and Tak. Z-Man was looking pretty good in my last post about him, but here he learns the hard way how tough it is to stay top dog in the world of wrestling.

Mogly
Thunders Arena has a knack for finding athletic dudes who end up being play things for bigger muscle studs. Angel and Tak are two that I have featured in the past, and now another one is Mogly. He's a decent size at 5' 10" and 160 pounds, but this makes him easy pickings for the big heels of Thunders Arena. We've already seen Mogly fall victim to Dominic, and then there was that stunning gorilla press by Z-Man. Now we get wrestler Specimen having his way with the little (by comparison) dude. Who's next in line to press Mogly overhead? If I were the king of Thunders Arena, Braden Charron would be first in line, with Python on deck.
